He doesn't get the kids, the boat or the property - but Peter Cook isn't losing his girlfriend.
"I am standing by him," Suzanne Shaw said a day after her her beau's divorce trial from Christie Brinkley ended with a settlement.
Cook, 49, was the clear loser in the battle with Brinkley.
He walked away with just $2.1 million - not much more than his legal fees - after being humiliated by disclosures about his sexual peccadilloes.
He was forced to admit on the stand that he seduced an 18-year-old girl, spent thousands on Internet porn and used a Web cam to film himself masturbating.
Shaw, 38, a single mom from Sag Harbor, L.I., said she was unfazed by the revelations.
"I'm not a judgmental person," she said yesterday as both Brinkley and Cook kept low profiles.
"Pain manifests itself in many ways. His pain in his marriage manifested itself into seeking a connection outside of his marriage in the way he did.
"Brinkley's pain manifested into vengeful, wrathful spite that has harmed her children," the lithe brunette said.
"I don't know her. I don't have a problem with her. I know she must be in a lot of pain or she would not be behaving this way." Despite the damage the trial did to Cook's reputation, the Hamptons architect still has a future, his gal pal said.
