Former Dynasty star James Farentino has been arrested on battery charges following an incident late Sunday at his Hollywood home.

According to the Associated Press, the 72-year-old star got into a scuffle with an unidentified man, who he was trying to physically remove from his home.

Police say the victim, who made a citizen's arrest, had visible bruises when they arrived.
